Ingredients:
  • 81.68 gm reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 500.00 ml chopped cooked skinless chicken
  • 6 celery stalks, trimmed, chopped
  • 2 granny smith apples, cored, chopped
  • 18.40 gm chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add chicken, celery, and apple. Toss until well combined.
  • Transfer the salad into 4 airtight containers and chill. Add walnuts (if desired) right before serving.
