Chicken Waldorf salad wraps recipe

Creamy chicken and fresh veg wraps with almonds for crunch and a hint of sweetness from apple. Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 50g (1 cup) kale slaw
  • 1/4 apple, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tsp finely chopped roasted unsalted almonds
  • 40.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 5.30 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (about 45g) wholegrain wrap
  • 50g cooked chicken breast (or skinless rotisserie chicken), shredded
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix the kale slaw (set dressing aside for later), apple slices, and almonds. In another bowl, blend the yogurt with lemon juice.
  • Spread the chicken, yogurt mixture, and slaw mixture over the wrap, then roll it up to seal in the delicious filling.
