Succulent chicken cooked in rich Marsala sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.5 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken tenders in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Shake off any excess flour with a gentle touch.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter until sizzling. Add chicken tenders and cook until golden brown, about 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Add Marsala wine to the skillet, allowing it to boil and scraping off the flavorful browned bits with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds. Then, pour in the chicken stock.
  • Combine heavy cream and mustard in a bowl, then pour into the skillet. Simmer the mixture for an additional 10 minutes.
