Irresistible layered sandwich loaf with convenience ingredients for effortless prep.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 medium celery stalk, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 baguette
  • Lettuce leaf
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 container (6 ounces) frozen avocado dip, thawed
  • Sliced green onion, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, almonds, and onion salt in a bowl. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Layer the lettuce on the bottom half of the baguette, followed by tomato slices. Spread the chicken mixture over the tomatoes, then add a dollop of avocado dip. Sprinkle with green onions and cover with the top half of the baguette. Slice into 8 pieces diagonally for serving.
