Chicken-Parmesan Potatoes

"One-skillet comfort meal with chicken, potatoes, green beans, and cheesy goodness - perfect for the whole family!"
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.7 ounces) Betty Crocker™ au gratin potatoes
  • 3 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey (1 pound)
  • 2 1/4 cups hot water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 cups frozen cut green beans
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over high heat, bring potatoes, sauce mix, and remaining ingredients to a boil, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft.
  • Fold in the gooey, melty cheese until fully incorporated. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
