Chili-Garlic Glazed Salmon

Quick broiled salmon with tangy onion marmalade soy sauce - ready in 15 minutes for a delightful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce with garlic
  • 3 medium green onions, finely chopped (3 tablespoons)
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons low-sugar orange marmalade
  • 3/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to broil. Grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Combine chili sauce, onions, marmalade, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  • Lay the salmon, skin side down, on a baking sheet. Spread half of the chili sauce mixture over the fish. Broil for 5 minutes, then brush with the remaining chili sauce mixture. Broil for an additional 2 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
