Spicy hoisin-glazed salmon with soy, chili, ginger, and garlic for a bold and flavorful sweet & spicy dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add salmon fillets, ensuring they are coated evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Unwrap the salmon, then spoon the flavorful marinade from the baking dish over the fillets.
  • Cook the salmon in the oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 30 minutes.
