Ingredients:
  • 4 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine or cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh, juicy raspberries, a touch of sugar, and a splash of wine in a blender. Blend on high until lusciously smooth.
  • Transfer the raspberry mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the sour cream. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until cold. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and extra raspberries on top, if desired.
