Whip up a tasty chili beef with cauliflower rice for a delightful and fast weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • 4 Graze Grass-Fed Beef Porterhouse Steaks
  • 2 x 300g pkts Cauliflower Rice
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 40g baby spinach leaves
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 100g snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil, chili, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Place the beef in a shallow glass or ceramic dish, then pour half of the oil mixture over the beef, ensuring it's evenly coated. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill the beef for 4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Place on a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly before serving.
  • Heat the remaining oil mixture in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes until heated through. Add the cauliflower rice, spinach, spring onion, and snow peas, cook for 4 minutes while stirring until heated through. Season to taste.
  • Plate the cauliflower rice mixture, then elegantly layer the sizzling beef on top before serving.
