Chilli con carne nachos

Try these irresistible beef nachos topped with spicy Mexican beans, gooey cheese, and creamy sour cream for a surefire hit with any crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 400g 3 Star Beef Mince
  • 420g can Heinz® Beanz Creationz™ Fiery Mexican Style Beanz
  • 230g pkt White Corn Tortilla strips
  • 120g tasty cheese
  • 80g sour cream
  • Sandhurst Sliced Jalapeños, drained, to serve
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook the mince for 5 minutes, using a wooden spoon to break it up until it changes color and is cooked through. Stir in Heinz® Beanz Creationz™ Fiery Mexican Style Beanz. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Season with your favorite spices.
  • Place a single layer of Mission White Corn Tortilla Strips on the lined tray and sprinkle with two-thirds of the cheddar. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
  • Transfer the nachos onto a large serving platter. Spoon the mince mixture in the center of the nachos. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar. Add dollops of sour cream and jalapeños on top. Finish by sprinkling with fresh coriander.
