Whip up this flavorful chilli jam with layers of spice, sweetness, and tanginess. Perfect for adding a burst of taste to any dish!
Ingredients:
10fresh red chillies
4cloves of garlic
2jarred roasted red peppers
500 g jam sugar
500 ml white wine or cider vinegar
2fresh Scotch bonnet chillies
Instructions:
Prepare the red chillies and garlic, then finely chop them with the peppers in a food processor. Transfer the mixture to a pan, stir in sugar and vinegar, then add Scotch bonnets, salt, and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 20-25 minutes until thick. Pour into jars and store in a cool place.
