Chip-coated chicken nuggets recipe

Ultimate kid-approved snack: Crunchy chicken nuggets made with chicken chip coating. Perfect for parties!
Ingredients:
  • 200g packet Deli Style Chicken Nugget Chips
  • 40g (1/4 cup) plain flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 400g chicken breast fillet, cut into 3cm pieces
  • Aioli, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan forced) and prepare a large baking tray with lined with baking paper.
  • Pulse the chips in a food processor until they form fine crumbs, then transfer to a bowl.
  • In two separate bowls, set up the flour and egg. Coat the chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into the chips. Place chicken on tray and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Coat the nuggets evenly with cooking oil and bake in the oven, flipping once, until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
  • Enjoy the nuggets with your favorite aioli or dipping sauce.
