Prepare this make-ahead dessert for stress-free entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml thickened cream
  • 90g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 300g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml brandy or whisky
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream and butter, then microwave for 1 minute until butter is melted and cream is hot. Add chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until melted. Stir until smooth, then mix in brandy. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Use generous portions of the mixture and coat them in rich cocoa powder. Allow the mixture to chill for a minimum of 1 hour or until it is firm before serving.
