Brandy-infused white chocolate cranberry cookies, a festive and gourmet treat perfect for gifting!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and grease 2 cookie sheets.
  • Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, and butter using an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in egg and brandy until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda. Gently stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Spoon dollops of dough onto the baking sheets, leaving a 2-inch space between each one.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, switching racks halfway through, until cookies appear slightly doughy.
  • Take out of the oven and allow to cool briefly on the baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
