Delightful and irresistible homemade dessert for all to savor!
Ingredients:
  • 415.00 ml plain flour
  • 3.75 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 180.00 gm brown sugar
  • 32.50 gm shredded coconut
  • 125.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 95.00 gm white chocolate bits
  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Sift flour and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a jar, alternating layers of sugar, coconut, dried cranberries, and chocolate.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and prepare 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
  • Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes until melted. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the contents of the jar into a large bowl. Mix in the butter and egg until well combined. Shape the mixture into balls using level tablespoons. Arrange the balls on lined trays, leaving 5cm of space between each. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden. Let the cookies cool on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
