Chocolate Banana Cake

Create a delicious cake using chocolate mix and mashed bananas.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 13x9 inch pan.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend cake mix, mashed bananas, oil, and eggs on low for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed and beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Place the cake in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 33 to 36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool before frosting with your preferred icing, if desired.
