Simple cake dusted with powdered sugar for a light finish. No frosting required.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 0.33333298563957 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 banana, peeled and mashed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan by lightly greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, cocoa, chocolate chips, and banana in a bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. Enjoy!
