Decadent s'mores pie with rich chocolate marshmallow filling on a classic graham cracker crust, a timeless family holiday tradition.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 48 large marshmallows, chopped
  • 8 (1.55 ounce) bars chocolate candy (such as Hershey's®)
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 30 graham cracker squares, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, gently heat both quantities of milk until almost simmering, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows and chocolate candy bars, stirring until melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow it to cool.
  • In a large bowl, whip cream until fluffy and peaks hold when beaters are lifted, about 5 minutes. Gently fold in cooled marshmallow mixture.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until the crust is uniformly moist. Firmly press the mixture into a 9x13-inch dish. Spread the marshmallow filling evenly over the crumb crust. Chill until set, approximately 2 hours.
