Create a delectable Easter treat by encasing eggs in a crispy mix of honeycomb, chocolate, and rice bubbles.
Ingredients:
  • 125g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 35g (1 cup) Rice Bubbles
  • 50g chocolate-coated honeycomb bar, finely chopped
  • 45 small sugar-coated chocolate eggs
Instructions:
  • Put the chocolate into a clean, dry microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium/500watts/50% power for 2 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Combine the melted chocolate, Rice Bubbles, and honeycomb bar in a bowl, stirring until fully mixed.
  • Prepare two baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper. Spoon tablespoonfuls of Rice Bubble mixture onto the trays, gently flattening the center. Press three eggs into each nest. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
