Indulgent chocolate cake batter dessert hummus - guilt-free decadence!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • In a mini food processor, blend chickpeas, cocoa powder, maple syrup, water, tahini, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until hummus reaches desired smoothness.
