Chocolate Caramel Nut Cheesecake

Decadent cheesecake loaded with chunks of candy bar – a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 (2.16 ounce) bars chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and 1 tablespoon sugar in a small bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then cool.
  • Combine 3/4 cup of sugar and cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time along with vanilla. Fold in chopped candy bar, then transfer mixture into the baked crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, then cool and gently release the springform pan.
