Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Brownies

Cream cheese filled cookie bars - Decadent and crowd-pleasing!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough (such as Pillsbury®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your jelly roll pan by either spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and eggs in a stand mixer bowl fitted with a paddle attachment until creamy. Stir in vanilla extract and mix for an additional minute.
  • Slice 1 roll of cookie dough into thin rounds and place them on the jelly roll pan. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer. Slice the second roll of cookie dough into rounds and arrange them over the cream cheese layer.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until they turn golden brown. Allow them to cool completely before cutting and serving.
