Exciting summer recipe for kids.
Ingredients:
  • 250g strawberries
  • 437.50 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 84.98 gm milk
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend 250g of washed, hulled, and chopped strawberries until smooth. Transfer the strawberry puree to a large jug and mix in 1 3/4 cups of Greek-style yogurt, 1/3 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among 8 popsicle moulds. Insert a popsicle stick into each and freeze for 3-4 hours, or overnight, until solid.
  • Unmould and generously drizzle chocolate ice magic on top, then sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Enjoy right away.
