Experience the magic of Chocolate Crinkle Cookies: gooey chocolate, crackly tops, and a dusting of powdered sugar create the perfect blend of flavor and texture. A treat for both the eyes and the taste buds, you won't be able to resist making them over and over again!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, chocolate, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, followed by flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously grease a cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Spoon teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar, gently coat and shape into balls. Arrange them 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are set. Then, transfer to cooling racks right away.
