Indulgent Chocolate Crinkle Cookies with a crackly top, filled with gooey chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar. Perfect balance of rich chocolate flavor and chewy texture, irresistible and easy to make over and over.
Ingredients:
1/2 cupvegetable oil
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled
2cups granulated sugar
2teaspoons vanilla
4eggs
2cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
3/4 cuppowdered sugar
Instructions:
Combine oil, chocolate, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray.
Spoon dough into powdered sugar, roll to coat evenly, and shape into balls. Arrange 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are set, then transfer to cooling racks right away.
