Indulgent Chocolate Crinkle Cookies with a crackly top, filled with gooey chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar. Perfect balance of rich chocolate flavor and chewy texture, irresistible and easy to make over and over.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, chocolate, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Spoon dough into powdered sugar, roll to coat evenly, and shape into balls. Arrange 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are set, then transfer to cooling racks right away.
