Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package dark chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) package creme de menthe baking chips (such as Andes®)
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl or stand mixer until well combined. Fold in creme de menthe baking chips and white chocolate chips.
  • Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into 1- to 2-inch balls and space them 2 inches apart on the cookie sheets.
  • Bake until edges are set, 8 to 9 minutes in the preheated oven.
