Chocolate Mousse Brownie Shots

Indulge in decadent individual desserts with quick and easy prep using pudding mix and Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix for rich chocolatey goodness. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on box for cakelike brownies
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
  • 1 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to box instructions for a cakelike consistency in an 8-inch square pan. Allow to cool completely on a rack for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk the dry pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. In a chilled small bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the pudding mixture. Cover and chill until you're ready to assemble.
  • Coarsely crumble a 6x4-inch rectangle of baked brownies (about 2 1/2 cups) in a medium bowl, setting aside the remaining brownies for later.
  • Layer 1 heaping teaspoon crumbled brownies in each of 22 (2-oz) shot glasses, top with rounded 1 tablespoon chocolate mousse, and repeat layers, finishing with 1 teaspoon crumbled brownies.
  • Enjoy immediately or chill for up to 4 hours before serving.
