Quick & easy chocolate mousse tarts.
Ingredients:
- 2 x 62g tubs Chocolate Mousse
- 126.25 gm whipped cream
- 2 x 45g Mars Bounty chocolate bars, chopped
- 12 Coles Brand Mini Sweet Tart Shells
- 125.00 ml Brand Fresh Frozen Raspberries, just thawed
- 8.80 gm Moist Coconut Flakes
Instructions:
- Mix together the chocolate mousse, cream, and most of the chocolate in a bowl, then transfer the mixture into tart shells.
- Sprinkle with fresh raspberries, shredded coconut, and the rest of the chocolate.
