Indulgent chocolate mousse, a decadent finale for any special meal.
Ingredients:
  • 100g milk or dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 6.00 gm powdered gelatine
  • 40.00 gm boiling water
  • 252.50 gm Lite Cream
  • Dairy Whip Lite Cream, extra, to garnish
  • chocolate, extra, shaved, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Put chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute until smooth. Then mix in yolks one by one.
  • Combine gelatine and water, stirring with a fork until completely dissolved. Allow it to cool slightly before stirring it into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
  • Gently fold Dairy Whip Lite Cream into the chocolate mixture. With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold them into the chocolate mixture. Spoon the mixture into 4 glasses with a 1/2-cup capacity.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 1 to 2 hours.
  • Before serving, add a dollop of Dairy Whip Lite Cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate. Serve and enjoy!
