Chocolate pistachio strawberries

Elevate strawberries with fun toppings for a delicious treat fit for all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml pistachio kernels, finely chopped
  • 150g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 250g large strawberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer pistachios to a small bowl.
  • In a heatproof microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 3 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon until almost melted. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
  • Hold strawberries by the leaves, dip them one at a time into the chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drain over the bowl. Dip them then into the pistachios before placing them onto the prepared baking tray. Allow them to set in a cool place and then serve.
