Indulgent stuffed dates with white chocolate, pistachio, and dried strawberries for a delightful twist. A simple yet elegant treat bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 medjool dates
  • 150g white chocolate, chopped
  • Dried strawberries, crushed
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Carefully use a small sharp knife to slit each date, then remove and discard the seeds. Fill each date cavity with 2 pistachios.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until smooth.
  • Using 2 forks, individually dip each date in melted chocolate, letting the extra chocolate drip off. Place the coated dates back on the tray.
  • Sprinkle each date with crushed strawberries and chill in the fridge until the chocolate sets. Serve.
