Indulge in these decadent white chocolate nut friands.
Ingredients:
  • 225.00 gm icing sugar
  • 125.00 ml plain flour
  • 100.00 gm hazelnut meal
  • 187.50 ml white chocolate chips
  • 125.00 ml pistachio kernels, chopped
  • 6 egg whites
  • 185g butter, melted
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 180°C and lightly grease 8 mini loaf pan recesses.
  • Sift icing sugar and flour into a large bowl, then mix in hazelnut meal, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, and pistachios.
  • Whisk egg whites in a small bowl until frothy, then gently mix them into the dry ingredients.
  • Incorporate butter into the mixture until well mixed. Spoon mixture into prepared compartments. Top each one with the remaining chocolate chips.
  • Bake until golden and cooked through when tested with a skewer, approximately 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
