Decadent chocolate Bundt cake dusted with confectioners' sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups butter, softened
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whip the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla. Alternate adding flour mixture with dissolved coffee and buttermilk. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Preheat the oven and bake the cake for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
