Treat yourself to decadent raspberry and chocolate sundaes for a nostalgic experience.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream
  • 6 individual meringue nests
  • 2 x 150g punnets fresh raspberries
  • icing sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine 200g chopped dark chocolate and 1 cup thickened cream in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on Medium/50% power, stirring every minute until completely melted.
  • Crush 6 meringue nests and split evenly among 6 glasses. Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream to each glass and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  • Divide half of one punnet of fresh raspberries among the glasses. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving, if desired.
