Indulge in decadent chocolate rum balls made with vanilla wafers, cocoa, rum, and walnuts for a delicious holiday delight!
Ingredients:
  • 3.25 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 0.75 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 cups chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup rum
Instructions:
  • Combine crushed vanilla wafers, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and nuts in a large bowl. Add corn syrup and rum and mix until well blended.
  • Form into 1-inch balls, then coat with more confectioners' sugar for a sweet finish.
  • Enhance the flavors by storing in an airtight container for a few days. Dust with more confectioners' sugar before serving.
