Decadent chocolate sauce drizzled over creamy vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
200ml pure (thin) cream
50ml milk
200g dark chocolate, chopped
20g good-quality cocoa powder
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm cream and milk until almost boiling. Remove from heat and carefully whisk in chocolate and cocoa until the mixture is smooth. Allow to cool. Refrigerate any extra sauce for up to 5 days.
