Chocolate yoghurt dip and fruit skewers

Transform Easter eggs into a creamy yogurt dip for a fun and tasty way to encourage kids to eat more fruit.
Ingredients:
  • 200g milk chocolate Easter eggs
  • 100ml thin cream
  • 90g (1/3 cup) Greek Style Yoghurt
  • Fruit skewers (made with fruit such as oranges, strawberries and kiwifruit), to serve
Instructions:
  • Crack the chocolate eggs into small pieces and combine them with the cream in a heatproof bowl.
  • Set the bowl on top of a saucepan with simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
  • Gently stir the chocolate with a large metal spoon until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly, then have an adult check the temperature. Mix in the yogurt until well combined.
  • Transfer the delectable chocolate mixture into a serving bowl and elegantly present it on a platter. Enjoy promptly with the refreshing fruit skewers.
