Indulgent and easy special dessert made with Yoplait® yogurt in just 4 ingredients. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 3/4 cup canned fat-free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Boston cream pie yogurt
  • Peel of 1 orange, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes until smooth, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and whisk in yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into 10 custard cups. Set the cups in a large ovenproof pan and pour warm water into the pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the cups. Bake for around 30 minutes or until just starting to set. Take out of the oven and water bath, then let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Fill a 2-quart saucepan with 2 inches of water and bring it to a boil. Add the orange peel strips to the boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Allow them to sit in the ice water for 1 minute before draining.
  • - In an 8-inch skillet, bring 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Add orange peel strips and simmer until the white part is translucent, for about 20 minutes. - Drain the orange peel strips and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them dry for about 1 hour. - Roll the strips in 1 tablespoon of sugar and shape them into tight curls. - Serve with pots de creme.
  • Refrigerate any leftover pots de creme, covered.
