Make gourmet double-dipped coffee beans at home with only 2 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped, divided
  • 0.5 cup coffee beans
Instructions:
  • Put half of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on low until almost melted, for around 1 minute (making sure not to burn it). Then, take it out, stir until smooth, and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Take a generous handful of coffee beans and delicately coat them in the rich chocolate mixture. Use a fork to transfer each bean to waxed paper, ensuring they are evenly spread out. Continue this process with the rest of the beans. Allow the chocolate to set and cool for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Melt the rest of the chocolate in the microwave, being careful not to burn it. Let it cool for about 2 minutes. Dip the chocolate-covered coffee beans one by one into the melted chocolate for a second coating. Place them on fresh waxed paper and allow them to cool fully for about 30 minutes.
