Chocolate-Dipped Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Indulge in ultimate chocolate bliss with decadent brownie ice cream sandwiches dipped in luscious chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Prepare and bake the brownies according to the instructions on the box. Allow them to cool thoroughly on a cooling rack for approximately 1 hour.
  • Chill brownies in the freezer for 30 minutes. Use parchment paper to easily lift the brownies from the pan, then cut them into 16 squares.
  • Smoothly spread the creamy vanilla ice cream onto one side of a 9-inch square pan lined with parchment paper, then return it to the freezer to set.
  • Once the brownies have cooled, assemble the ice cream on half of them and sandwich with the remaining brownie halves. Cut the brownies into 8 sandwiches, dip in melted chocolate, and freeze until firm. Enjoy your delicious treats!
