Chorizo, tomato and feta tortilla pizzas

Economical and delightful family dinner recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 82.50 ml pizza sauce
  • 2 (125g each) chorizo sausages, thinly sliced
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 120g feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 125.00 ml pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • 82.50 ml fresh oregano leaves
  • 250.00 ml grated pizza cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 230ºC (210ºC fan-forced) and lightly grease 2 large baking trays.
  • Lay out tortillas on baking sheets. Evenly spread sauce on each tortilla. Add chorizo, tomatoes, feta, onion, olives, and oregano on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating trays halfway through, until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Slice into wedges and serve.
