Ingredients:
  • 1 chorizo sausage
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 French bread stick (baguette) into 12 x 1cm-thick slices
  • 100g blue cheese, softened
  • 3 large green pimento-stuffed olives, quartered
Instructions:
  • Slice the chorizo sausage into 1cm-thick slices. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the chorizo until golden. Preheat the grill on high. Slice the French bread stick into 1cm-thick slices and toast until golden under the grill. Finish by topping the bread with softened blue cheese, chorizo slices, and quartered large pimento-stuffed green olives.
