Grill up delicious chorizo and garlic prawns with only six ingredients for a quick and easy meal!
Ingredients:
  • 500g green garlic prawns (see note)
  • 2 (125g each) chorizo sausages, sliced
  • 2 lemons
  • 125.00 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • 40cm baguette bread, thickly sliced
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a lightly greased barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Cook prawn mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until just cooked through, tossing occasionally. Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm. 2. Cook chorizo on the barbecue plate for 2 to 3 minutes per side until crisp. Add cooked chorizo to the prawns. 3. Juice half of a lemon and cut the remaining lemon into wedges. Add parsley, chives, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the prawn mixture. Toss to combine.
  • Arrange the prawn mixture elegantly on a platter. Generously season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors. Accompany with warm bread and tangy lemon wedges for a delightful dining experience.
