Create a festive cheese ball Christmas tree adorned with parsley, pecans, and bell peppers for a show-stopping party appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Blend cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer until smooth. Shape the mixture into a Christmas tree on waxed paper. Chill in the fridge until firm, about 1 hour.
  • Slice bell pepper into thin strips and shape one strip into a star.
  • Press fresh parsley leaves onto the cheese tree to fully coat it. Arrange bell pepper strips in a line to create a festive 'garland'. Repeat the process with chopped pecans for another decorative 'garland'. Position the bell pepper star at the pinnacle of the 'tree'. Gently move the completed 'tree' onto a serving platter.
