Spicy beef sauce over hot spaghetti with cheese, olives, beans, and onions - a flavor-packed meal!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 0.5 cup olives
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
  • Sear beef and onion in a large skillet until golden. Transfer to a large pot and mix in tomato sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, vinegar, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.
  • With 20 minutes remaining on the meat mixture's cooking time, boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook pasta in the boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; then drain and set aside.
  • Place the savory meat mixture on a bed of cooked spaghetti and generously garnish with cheese, beans, olives, and chopped onion for a delightful finishing touch.
