Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Frosted Cookie Bars

Indulgent Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cookie bars with rich cream cheese for a decadent twist on a beloved breakfast cereal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (12.6 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Frosting
  • 3/4 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square pan. Combine cookie mix, softened butter, cream cheese, and egg in a medium bowl, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan.
  • Bake for 24 to 28 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Frost the top of the bar, sprinkle cereal pieces, then cut into 4x4 squares.
