Whip up a batch of delicious Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cupcakes - a sweet and easy treat the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 2 tubs (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Frosting
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal
  • Multicolored candy sprinkles, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth and well combined for about 2 minutes. Remember to scrape the sides of the bowl occasionally. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each with about 3 tablespoons.
  • Bake for 12 to 17 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow it to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the frosting into a piping bag with a large star tip and beautifully swirl it on top of each cupcake.
  • Sprinkle cereal pieces on top and add candy sprinkles for decoration. Store in a loosely covered container at room temperature.
