Cinnamon Toast Pumpkin Seeds

Sweet and buttery toasted cinnamon pumpkin seeds - a simple and delicious treat using fresh pumpkin seeds!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 300°F (150°C), and gracefully line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin seeds. In a small bowl, mix together butter, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the seeds and toss well to coat evenly. Spread the coated seeds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Place the mixture in the preheated oven and bake, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are a light golden brown color, approximately 40 minutes.
  • Take the seeds out of the oven and sprinkle sugar on them while they are still warm. Stir well until all the seeds are evenly coated.
