Irresistible white chocolate cinnamon chunk cookies for every gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 10 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer, blend butter and shortening until creamy. Slowly add white and brown sugar, beating until well mixed. Stir in egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt with the butter mixture until combined. Gently fold in white chocolate and cinnamon. Chill dough for 1 hour before baking.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease baking sheets.
  • Scoop generous spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, making sure to leave a 3-inch space between each cookie.
  • Place cookies in the preheated oven and bake until the edges are lightly browned, approximately 12 to 14 minutes. Allow them to cool on the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool until firm.
