Indulge in delicious cinnamon chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Use a pastry blender or fork to cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gently fold in chocolate chips and vanilla until it forms a crumbly dough.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls with your hands and place them 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until just set. Quickly transfer from baking sheets to cooling racks. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
  • Combine 1/2 cup of powdered sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl. Coat cookies with the sugar mixture, tap off any extra, then let them cool fully for about 30 minutes.
